I have 3 locations Pakistan,Germany, Singapore and 1 router on each location is installed there. I want to run BGP so what i need?

Public IP

i am confused that how my routes will be advertised from ISP router?

Yes,if you want to use internet then you must have public AS and Public ip range.Atleast you have to buy /22 network and you can divide into 4 /24 network and you can you use on your three diffrent location pakistan,germany & singapore over bgp.
